The information is submitted by the issuing companies themselves. The site receives the feed sent by the issuing companies to the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) since january 2007.

This search page is divided into three areas and includes a side menu on the left. In the heart of this page, a gray box allowing several search modes described below; on the right of this pavement, elements allowing the refinement of the results; and below these two areas, the results of the requested search. The left side menu entitled 'list of companies', presents the list of companies in the CAC 40 as well as all companies in alphabetical order.
Impotant, each search is dynamic, and the result is updated automatically. In addition, at the first opening of this page, all the "Latest Regulated Periodic Information" broadcast and archived are displayed.
The different search modes are as follows :
- The search box titled "Search in any field" allows a keyword search on all documents available in the database.
- The search box titled "ISIN Code or Company Name" allows a search on these two identification criteria. This field is dynamic and offers lists of results according to your request. The result of your search is automatically displayed.
- The search area labeled "Publication date" allows search by period of issue.
- The search box titled "Choose a type of information" allows a multicriteria query by type of simplified information. Depending on the type of information selected, the subtype appears below.
A "reminder of your criteria" is displayed below all these elements. Each of the criteria can be deleted with the cross (x) next to the criterion. You have the option to "reset the criteria" by a button.
The "Refine Results" section on the right allows you to refine the search for "dates", "language of issue", and "type of information".

The documents are distributed in their original format and according to the language set by the issuer. These are mainly regulated information as defined by the General Regulation of the AMF, classified by types and sub-types :

The BALO (Bulletin of mandatory legal announcements) distributes the announcements of the companies making public offerings : annual accounts, financial operations, call for general meetings, etc.
Info-financiere.gouv.fr stores and distributes the so-called regulated information of listed companies.

It is the directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the European Council of December 15 2004, called the « transparency » directive, that sets out the financial reporting obligations of listed companies and imposes new requirements in terms of distribution, access and filing of financial information. It also provides the setting up, in each member state, of a mechanism for the central storage of so-called regulated information.
