Operation of the search engine
Five search methods are offered to consult financial information :
- The search area entitled "Direct search" has a field called "Keywords" to search all available documents in the database
- The search area entitled "Search by company" has a field called "Company / ISIN" enabling a search according to these two criteria for identifying companies
- The search area entitled "Advanced search" for multi-criteria search by type of information, issuing period, company ID or by keywords
- The search area entitled "The CAC 40 companies" allowing easy searching on the CAC 40 companies documents and a research on all alphabetized companies : "See all companies"
- The search area entitled "Last regulated periodical information" lets you consult the latest released and stored documents
Results list
The results screen features the search criteria reminder, and the number of result.
Results are presented as a reverse chronological list (10 results displayed by page) and include all documents identification information as well as a link to the authenticated and signed file.
Viewing documents
Documents are mostly in PDF format (Portable Document Format) that is an open file format. They can be displayed on many communicating devices (computers, personal digital assistants, new hybrid phones, etc.) with a PDf-viewing software which is generally provided free of charge, like :
- Adobe Reader (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Foxit Reader (Windows, Mac, Linux)
Viewing the chart on home page
This chart is presented in Flash format, which is a proprietary format used to add multimedia on web
pages.
Flash content may be displayed on various computer systems and devices, using Adobe Flash Player which
is available free for common web browsers, some mobile phones and electronic devices.
Browsing without mouse
The entire site is keyboard available. You can browse the page in its logical order of reading, using "the Tab key" on your keyboard. With first tab, quick links to the content appear on top of the pages.
